Anne W. McAfee, Realtor®, SRES®

I come to Family Realty in 2019 with 6 years of experience in helping buyers and sellers meet their real estate goals with professional and personal service above all.  I hold a Seniors Real Estate Specialist designation (SRES) and I am certified in Ninja Selling. I anticipate receiving my Broker’s License in 2019. My goal when working with a client is to assure that their expectations are not just met, but exceeded!  I love working with all clients, but find first time home buyers, investors, and Seniors especially rewarding.

<>Prior to Real Estate, I worked in the Senior Living industry in Management and Operations for over 22 years.  I am very knowledgeable of the needs of Seniors, various local housing options, helpful services, and so forth.  I also assist Seniors in downsizing their current belongings and transitioning to their new home. Just let me know your needs and I will find services to meet them!

I hold a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Centre College and a Master’s Degree in Health Administration from the University of Kentucky (Go CATS!)  I grew up in Oldham County and still call it home. I have a husband of 20 years, Bob, a beautiful grown daughter, Taylor, and two handsome sons, Brendan (18) and Blake (17). I find great joy in my family and my work. It would be my pleasure to serve you.
